Our Jewelry
Store each piece separately in a dry, cool place, away from liquids and cosmetics. High heat and humidity can cause gold-plated jewelry to tarnish.
Genuine 925 sterling silver may oxidise slightly over time – this is easily removed with a soft silver-polishing cloth. We recommend storing each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratching.
Under Hungarian consumer protection law, products carry a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. If a product is faulty, you may request repair, replacement, or — in case of a significant defect — withdraw from the purchase within this period.

Payment & Shipping
Bank transfer, cash on delivery, card payment (SimplePay) and PayPal are all available at checkout.
As long as your parcel hasn’t been handed over to the courier yet, just email us at hello@brigittatavasz.com and we’ll happily update your delivery address.
Domestic (Hungary): FoxPost parcel locker 1,141 Ft, FoxPost home delivery 2,400 Ft, Magyar Posta 2,000 Ft. Within the EU: 4,380 Ft. Outside the EU / overseas: 4,515 Ft (Magyar Posta). A 400 Ft surcharge applies if you choose cash on delivery.

In-stock items are shipped within about 1 week of order confirmation. Items marked “Made to order” are handmade individually, so production time may vary — we’ll always let you know by email.
Orders within the European Union incur no customs duties or import taxes. For orders shipped outside the EU, the destination country’s customs authority may charge additional duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
For distance purchases, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
